Our Solutions

Getting started as an Avalon Systems Managed Network and Security Service Customer means first understanding the differences between our different solutions and the features each solution offers.  Definitions of features and additional information can be found on our FAQ page.  Customers with a staff of between 15 and 25 “typically” find our Gold solution to be adequate whereas customers with over 25 staff “typically” find our Platinum solution to be the right choice.  Completing our short questionnaire and submitting it will initiate a process as to where one of our highly qualified sales staff will contact you.  Our initial process includes a network discovery / evaluation performed by one of our Virtual Chief Information Officers; which concludes with a comprehensive management solution and pricing.

Monitoring includes remote monitoring of Computers and Servers by our Network Operations Center

Email Filtering is provided to all customers except those choosing the Bronze solution and is provided via our partnership with Proofpoint.

Customers with Line of Business (LOB) application support are required to continue their support agreement with the LOB manufacturer.  Line of Business applications under support are defined at time of on-boarding.

NOC (Network Operations Center) Support is 24 by 7 by 365.  Additions servers may be added to the support agreement at an additional cost.
